We just got this today and made a batch of the classic Belgian waffles. The recipe made 8 instead of 10. We used the rapid rise yeast and let it rise for about 40 minutes total.

Good product but never should have had a plastic lid part that works a metal part on lower lid, That allows you to flip Waffle during cooking.
