This is the third yougurt maker I have owned during the past 15+ years, and by far the best. Within a week of receiving my YM9 I ordered another one for a friend, and am considering buying a third one for one of my sons. Yogurt is such a versatile ingredient, especially in Indian food, as a meat merinade, and for yogurt cheese spreads and sauces. I average using two quarts a week.
